Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking and tracing information.

The delivery times indicated in the table above are indicative, so no rights can be derived from them. Also note that the term refers to working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays.

Besides, the intervals indicated above refer only to the delivery process, so they do not include the order preparation time (between 1 and 2 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (CET) will be processed as if they had been registered the next business day.

If you live outside the European Union, be aware that your customs may charge you duties or restrict importation. Check the import conditions at your local customs office. All tariffs, taxes or customs expenses derived are borne by the recipient / customer.

If due to these customs restrictions the shipment is not finally completed and the product is returned to us, we will refund the amount, deducting the shipping costs (non-refundable) and any other expenses that the customs of your country have passed on to us.
