— How can I return a product?

To make a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at devoluciones@montdebo.com or via WhatsApp at +34 623 564 038.
  2. Provide your order number and the product you wish to return.
  3. We will send you the return instructions.

If possible, let us know the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us improve.

Return options:

  • Refund: Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • Gift card (no expiration date): We cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Outlet products can only be refunded via a gift card with no expiration date (starting from 18/02/2025).

Purchases made at markets or physical events can be returned at the same event.

— How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return the product. The merchandise must arrive within this period; otherwise, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging and tags.

Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Gift vouchers
  • Promotional packs (2-for-1, 3-for-2, etc.) must be returned in full.

— When will I receive my refund?

We will process your return once we receive the product at our warehouse.

After verifying that all conditions mentioned above are met, we will issue your refund according to the original payment method within 4-10 business days.

Purchases made using a promotion: The refund will correspond to the original purchase price.

If more than 7 days have passed since you received the refund confirmation and you haven’t received your funds, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at devoluciones@montdebo.com.

— Can I exchange a product for a different size?

Yes, you can exchange a size or product (only within the Iberian Peninsula). We will handle the collection, and you will only need to pay €1.95 for the new shipment.

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. Simply follow the same steps as for a return.

If you request a second exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

If you decide to request a refund after an exchange, the shipping costs for the exchange(s) (both collection and reshipment) will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that products that have already been exchanged cannot be refunded.

For territories outside the Iberian Peninsula, if you wish to exchange a size or product, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

— Can I return a purchased gift card?

Gift cards can be returned within 14 calendar days, provided they have not been used.
