Return policy
— How do I return a product?
To make a return, simply follow these steps:
- Write to us at devoluciones@montdebo.com or by WhatsApp +34 623 564 038
- Please provide your order number and the product to be returned.
- We will send you the return instructions.
If you can, please tell us the reason for the return. This will help us continue to improve.
Options when returning a product:
- Refund : Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Voucher/gift card without expiry date : We cover the collection costs.
*Original shipping costs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
*Outlet products only accept refunds in the form of a gift card with no expiration date (starting 18/02/2025) .
*Purchases at markets/physical events can be returned at the same event.
— How much time do I have to return it?
You have 30 calendar days* to return the product from the date you receive your order. The merchandise must arrive within this period; otherwise, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Requirements:
- The product must be unused, with its original packaging and labels.
- Underwear and return vouchers cannot be returned.
- If you bought it with a promotion (2 for 1, 3 for 2, etc.), you must return the entire pack.
*Purchases made during the Black Friday campaign can be returned until January 8th.
— When will I receive the refund?
We will process the return once we receive the product in our warehouse.
After verifying that all the requirements mentioned above are met, we will attempt to refund the corresponding amount, according to the original payment method, within 4-10 business days .
Purchases made while enjoying a promotion : the original purchase price will be refunded.
If more than 7 days have passed since your refund confirmation and you still haven't received it, please contact your bank or payment platform first. If the problem persists, feel free to email us at devoluciones@montdebo.com .
— Can I exchange a product for a different size?
Yes, you can exchange the size or product ( only in the Iberian Peninsula ). We will arrange for the collection, and you will only have to pay €1.95 for the new shipment.
You have 15 days from receipt to request an exchange. Simply follow the same steps as for a return.
If you wish to make a second exchange , the shipping costs are your responsibility.
If you ultimately decide to request a refund after an exchange , the shipping costs of the exchanges made (collection and reshipment) will be deducted.
*Please note that products that have already been exchanged will not be refunded.
In all other territories outside the Iberian Peninsula: if you want to change the size or the product you will have to pay all the costs arising from the change.
— Is the gift card I bought refundable?
They can be returned within 14 calendar days , provided they have not been used.
