Spanish Grand Prix-Madrid print

The print "Spanish Grand Prix Street" pays tribute to the return of motorsport's pinnacle to the capital, merging the passion of Formula 1 with Madrid's most authentic soul.

Just as Alfredo Ruiz de Luna immortalized the historic center with his characteristic ceramic layout for the city center's street plan, at Montdebó we re-enact that tradition adapting it to motorsport: a traditional tile sign brought to the asphalt.

Drawn by hand, replicating the texture of enamel pigment on ceramic, its color tones simulate the porosity and wear of traditional baked tile. The drawing reveals the most famous curve of the Madring circuit, "La Monumental", with two single-seaters defying gravity (can you identify which ones?), alongside city icons such as the goddess Cibeles, the Puerta de Alcalá, the Cinco Torres, the bear and the strawberry tree, or the silhouette of the Sierra.
